Q1. What is Phone Broadcast Club (PBC)?

PBC is a membership site that provided the end user with the ability to get true wholesale phone broadcasting call time as if they actually paid for 1,000,000 minutes and more.

Q2. How does PBC compare to similar programs?

PBC understands that there is competition and we welcome it.  The closest competition we have is one such program charging $500 to join, $50 set up and $27.95 a month, charges 3 cents a minute for their $500 level (ours is 2), no audio library, less archive leads, no software library and does not have a complete B2B or residential.  PBC also has 2 dialers to pick from (broadcaster and predictive dialer) where others have only one.  That makes PBC 80% less to start, less monthly admin, less per call, more lists and more bonuses.  There really is no comparison.  I could go into others charging $1295 and $2000 but why?  I ask you, in today's economy, isn't it easier to sell a $100 product than one at $500 or $2000?  Add to that the duplication effect where it is infinitely easier to duplicate a $100 versus $500 program so you make more sales via the 2 Up.

Don't be fooled by others nitpicking PBC and trying to justify their higher price.  We have been doing phone broadcasting over 7 years and we know all the programs.  PBC blows away everything out there on ALL points.  There is no comparison!  The only real reason they want to charge a higher price is because they make more commission when you join.

Q3. How does PBC compare to "Predictive Dialers"?

Predictive Dialers only dial out typically 2-5 calls at once.  Our Hyperdialer system is state-of-the-art and will blow you away. Video here

Q4. I'm from another country. Can I join Phone Broadcast Club?

Yes! Phone Broadcast Club PBC welcomes members from all around the world.

Q5. Are there any other fees?

We do have a one time set up free of $25 and there is a monthly maintenance fee of $24.95 to maintain the site, back office and phone broadcasting equipment.

Q6. How and when do I get paid?

You get paid immediately and directly from member to member.  As per the reverse 2 Up compensation plan, you get paid directly and keep 100% of the sale providing that you are qualified by referring your 2nd and 4th sale up to your sponsor.  The 1st and 3rd sales you keep.  You break even in one sale!

Q7. Can I have more than one account?

Yes. You may have as many as you like, but you only need one.

Q8. Will I be able to see my referrals or change my details?

Yes. Just login to our members area anytime. You can view and email your entire downline at once.

Q9. Do you provide support?

Yes. We provide unlimited customer support (within reason) at www.support-suite.com and phone tech support.

Q10. How long will this take to set up?

Your member account is instant.  Once you have paid your membership fee, you will have access to other parts of the site.  Once you pay the set up fee of $25 and the monthly fee of $24.95, you select how many calls you would like to purchase, send in the authorization form and we then set up your account.  This should be 24 hours or less depending on weekends and holidays and your site is set up instantly!

Q11. Do I need a domain or web hosting account?

No. Your site will appear on http://phonebroadcastclub.com, with your affiliate ID to track your sales, so all payments go directly into one of your payment processor accounts. You simply promote your affiliate link to make sales.

-

Q12. Do I have to join all of the payment processors you offer?

No. If you only have one, your site will only show the one payment option when people get to the payment stage, however we recommend using all of them. Each one is FREE to join. We have all the sign up links ready for you when you join.

Q13. Can I get a refund?

Your membership is non-refundable. All sales are final. The reason for this is due to the nature of our instant payments to our affiliates. We cannot refund money to you that has already been paid out to our affiliates. We never even handle that money - it is paid directly to our affiliates.

Q14. Am I really getting under 1.5 cents a call?

Yes you are getting 3 cents per minute for Basic members and as low as 2 cents for Pro members.  For example: 1.5 cents is based on a 30 second initial message.  The calls are in 6 second billing (rounded down) so if a call is only 20 seconds, your cost is 1 cent.

Q15. Does the phone system use the Do Not Call List (DNC)?

Yes.  During the uploading of the phone lists, the system will cross reference all numbers against the DNC.  You will need a free SANS number to enter in the box when you do your broadcast.  The system also will check against all other members "local" remove lists to take those callers out of your list as well.

Q16. Can I call at different times?

Yes.  Sure.  (depending on the system you choose), the phone list is separated by time zone when you upload it.  You then select 1) how fast you want it to go out, 2) over what time frame, 3) what days 4) how many per day etc.  It takes all of a few minutes to do.  Very easy.

Q17. Are phone lists included?

Yes they are.  However, having said that, let me clarify.  We are offering wholesale pricing on the calls so including top quality phone leads is not possible.  We do have archived lists available for you at no charge.  There are millions of lists, genealogy leads, business opportunity lists, B2B and residential lists etc.   These are free.  However, we recommend using the best list quality you can.  You are welcome to use whatever lists you have personally.  We also have business opportunity survey leads that are pre-formatted for the system already.  These 30 days old or less however on occasion they may go as much as 60-90 days old.  Remember that our goal is to get you the best response so it is in our best interest to get you the best leads we can for the money paid.  They are 2 cents each and are DOUBLED for FREE.  These are sold for 20 cents each and more elsewhere.  You get the phone lists only.  They will upload in minutes right into the system.

Q18. Why are you charging $24.95 a month and a set up fee?

That's easy.  We are in business to make money.  We make nothing on the $100 entry fee and just about break even on the calling time.  We also use the funds for future development of products and to bring you a better product.

Q19. Can I call internationally?

With Hyperdialer and Phone Prospector you can call Canada.

Q20. Are these like recorded messages you sometimes here on the phone? When I realize it's one of those, I usually hang up right away, even without listening to all the message. What makes the PBC phone broadcaster different?

Think of PBC as a big sorting system. You only need 1 person out of 100 to respond to get tons of leads for your business. With any type of advertising, most will not respond. With email marketing 99.99% will not respond. Does that make you stop? See what I mean? You are only want the 1% that are "In the right time in their life to look at something". You don't want a decision now, just for them to take a look. The other 99% that hang up are of no concern to you. So don't focus on the 99%. Focus on the 1%

Q21. What kind of response should I expect?

That's impossible to say.  There are many variables.   For instance, every outgoing message is different.  Each person closes the sale different, different opportunity costs to join, niches of products etc.  There is no way we can honestly give you an accurate answer.  The one thing we can tell you is that in order to be successful doing phone broadcasting, you need to be consistent over time and the numbers will work themselves out.  Also, if you do NOT have a proven system, outgoing message etc, then you need to give time to test and retest your calls, times, lists to see what works for you.  This is called "split testing" which measures results in order to keep improving your results over time.

Q22. Is there a training video to learn how to use the voice broadcasting system?

Yes.  Go here to view the training videos

Hyperdialer   /  Phone Prospector

Q23. What kind of payments can I take?

That's up to you.   It's your business.  Once you log in, click on the INSTRUCTIONS tab at the top of the page.  You can update your profile which will tell people you introduce what methods of payment you accept.

Q24. Do I get a 1099?

No.  You are being paid by people direct.  We are not paying you.  It is your responsibility to fill out your taxes yourself.

Q25. How do I add funds to my phone broadcasting account?

You can go here to place your order.  If you run out of funds, you will not be able to send out calls until it is replenished.

Q26. Can I run multiple campaigns?

Yes that is done in the back office of Phone Prospector (not with hyperdialer)

Q27. What methods of payment can I use or accept?

That is up to you.  We have multiple methods of payment available for you to accept in your back office profile section.  It's up to you what method of payment that you want to accept.  We suggest Linkpoint or Alerpay whenever possible.  If you need to pay someone and don't see a method of payment you want to use, contact them and make arrangements with them.  Just because you do not see it, does not mean that they do not accept it.

Q28. Where do I log in to access my phone broadcasting system?

The  log in details will be different than the log in details for access to your Automatic Prospector back office.

Hyperdialer   /  Phone Prospector

Q29. Can you explain the compensation plan?

Let's give you a written example... PBC is designed to be ...easy.  What else can we say.  The reverse 2 Up compensation plan is designed to get you to break even right away.  OK Let's say that you join and pay your sponsor (if qualified) for the product $100   The 1st sale you make stays with you so you keep $100.  You have just broken even.  The 2nd goes to your sponsor.   The 3rd goes to you and the 4th to your sponsor.  Once that happens, you are qualified and all sales from the 5th to infinity stay with you.  If people just bring in a few sales, then each of their 2nd and 4th sales come up to you etc etc etc.  Your payline continues to expand.

The PERSON and the MONEY BOTH roll up to you.  Only a one time $100 sets the wheels in motion.

That's it in a nutshell. It's really not much more difficult than that.

Q30. What's the difference between Hyperdialer, Phone Prospector?

 Hyperdialer:  Video
Hyperdialer is meant mainly as a "personal contact" blaster.  It uses the Predictive Dialer  which are all direct contact systems to get you face-to-face (sort of) with the prospect.

 Phone Prospector: Video
Phone Prospector is voice broadcasting on steroids.  That's all it does,  high volume voice broadcasting.  This is perfect if you don't necessarily want to talk to people directly but want to blast out and have the recordings sort and sift for you along with the built in voice mail.  It also can schedule start and stop times, select specific states and time zones and do multiple simultaneous blasts at once.

Q31. What about the FTC laws regarding phone blasting?

It is not our policy to give legal advice on what can and can't be sent.  You should familiarize yourself with the current laws located here.  All members are required to fill out and fax in the member authorization form as well before they can start using the system. Here
